Walk Away the Pounds

So, as you can imagine, it's very difficult to exercise when you have 5 children. Finding the time is like finding the lost city. Lots of searching, planning, scheming, mapping out my course and praying is involved in order to make it happen. However, I have found these walking videos that are nothing but the easiest, most fabulous workouts EVER! You have to understand. I'm not a coordinated person. When I attempt to do those fancy workouts, moving my body like I've been a professional dancer all my life...well, it's just wrong. I mean, I look like I'm being chased by a swarm of killer bees! Now that we've established that I have flaws and am not perfect, I feel it's necessary to tell others about the gems I have found! These are no sissy workouts. I sweat! Leslie Sansone is the genius behind what keeps me active and also helps me save money and space in my home since I don't have to go out and buy an expensive treadmill!

"Leslie Sansone’s in-home walking program is the only total-body power-walking program that helps you burn fat, shape and tone muscle, build bone strength, and reduce stress right in your own home. Take a walk in the right direction, and change the way your body looks and feels for life. The small area in front of your television, or computer, and a pair of comfortable walking shoes is all you will need to start walking 1, 2, 3, or more miles. There is no fancy equipment or complicated steps, just pop in a workout video and follow Leslie as she leads you on a total-body conditioning walk. The simplicity of at-home walking makes its effectiveness deceptive. It is safe for all ages and fitness levels, doesn’t place stress on your joints and ligaments, and is most convenient to your schedule and lifestyle." ~ (taken from her website)

So, if any of you are like me and only have the physical talents of doing what comes naturally...walking, then I highly recommend you get these videos. You can find them on her website : http://www.lesliesansonevideos.com/#walking%20packages and also in many stores like Walmart. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, she has a workout for you!
