Welcome to the Family!

My search has ended...and I mean search! I hunted for almost 2 weeks for kittens and was beginning to think I would never find any! I was seriously getting depressed about it. But, hubby came home yesterday after snow plowing and when he walked in the house, in his coat were two of the cutest 13 week old kittens you've ever seen! It was a huge surprise! Apparently he was driving home and saw a sign on a house for free kittens. so he stopped by and checked them out. They were clean, no fleas, and well taken care of so he took a male and female siblings. :) Everyone is doing well. Bella has some adjusting to do. She's being somewhat protective of us and herself and growls a little. But nothing major and we're seeing little improvements as time goes on. Beau was in tears though. He does not like cats, so he was quite put out...even after I told him he could name the male. He refused...at first. He finally warmed up to the idea and named him Storm because of the snow storm we were having. I named his sister Pennelope. My hubby, who never wanted cats in the first place, bought them a pretty big play house and tons of toys. He looked at me w/ the straightest face and said, " Not one word." HE he he he!!!
