My New Kitty!

Well, I've dropped hints to my hubby for about 2 weeks now. I wanted a kitty for an anniversary present. He took the hint...but less creatively. He told me the other night that I could get one providing it was a female. I really wanted him to surprise me with one, but I'll take what I can get. ;) So, here she is! Her name is Bella. She was actually my neighbor's cat, but because her other cat had territory issues, they didn't get along. Bella is already fixed and has all her shots. BONUS!! She's still getting use to being here and I'm sure it will take a few days or even weeks, but she's a sweetie! AND...here's the kicker....hubby says if it works out w/ Bella, I can get another one so she'll have a playmate! I'm trying to convince him to let me get her a friend sooner rather than later so Bella doesn't feel like she owns the house and claims her territory.
